Dark ruby colour, with a complicated aroma bouquet comprised of spices, cinnamon and tobacco completed with aromas of mature fruits and hints of vanilla. It has an exuberant, spicy taste with a velvet residual-taste. It is subjected to long periods of ageing.
Combinations: Accompanies all classic types of meat on the grill, game and strong types of cheese at the end of the meal. Served at 16-18°C.
